Thank you for taking time to visit our website.  “Building Lenoir City’s Future…one Student at a Time” is our district mission.   Currently our students and teachers have demonstrated excellence with all of our schools achieving the highest rating of REWARD from the Tennessee Department of Education and our District also rating EXEMPLARY. 

As Director of Schools, it is my desire to see each student achieve his/her hopes and aspirations.  In order for students to be prepared to accomplish all their dreams, Lenoir City teachers and staff work hard to provide a balanced opportunity for students to learn basic skills, thinking skills and problem solving skills throughout the range of academic and performance classes.  We also have partnerships with community colleges, TNDOE, and applied colleges of technology to offer dual enrollment, early college and middle college opportunities to our students.

We have enhanced our website to provide better information and resources for our community, parents, and students.  Our district information is updated by Dr. Chris Smallen, Chief Technology Officer.  Individual school sites are maintained by school staff.
